Adjustable Pallet Racking (also known as APR), as one of the most common types of racking systems available and are popular due to their flexibility and adaptability.
This is one of the most basic but effective systems that has been on the market for years which just proves how good it is.
Once the racking is built up, you can dismantle and relocate it as well as add to the system. This means that it can easily grow as your business grows. This is great as it means you are not restricting yourself with the system and it certainly won?t hinder your business growth.
You can not only add to the system, you can also turn it in to a narrow aisle system for optimum storage. This needs to be using in conjunction with a specialist material handling truck but is one of the most effective ways to maximise floor space and still having access to every single pallet.
You could also make a wide aisle system which is preferred by certain sectors and no specialist materials handling equipment is required.
It really is such an adaptable system and perfect for almost every single business!
The only thing you need to be careful of it matching up the systems. If you already have a specific system, you will need to match up to it to ensure it?s completely compatible and expansion and adjustments can be made. Take a look at our racking identifier to see what system you currently have, or get in touch using the contact details below!
