When your business grows, or the products stocked change, your warehouse may benefit from alterations to your pallet racking. This can allow you to make more efficient use of your space based on your new requirements.
There are many different options for you regarding how you can change your pallet racking….
By extending runs or by installing extra racking in underutilised space.
If you’re considering this option, it is essential that load bearing is not compromised. The additional racking must be from the same manufacturer and so needs to be done by personnel with pallet racking expertise.
For safety and stability, additional bays will usually be attached to the original racking and therefore should be from the same manufacturer.
If the stock your warehouse carries changes, particularly if the pallet you stock are heavier, for the safety of your staff and your stock, it is advisable to upgrade your pallet racking beams. Here’s how we can help:
– We can add extra beam levels to existing bays
– We can revise layouts or provide varying layouts
– Whatever your needs, we’ll work with you to alter your pallet racking to best meet your new needs.
We can offer racking accessories in order to tailor your pallet racking. These include galvanised mesh decking, column guards, steel cradles, pallet supports and more.
If you want to maximise your warehouse space through the use of second hand or new racking, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us on 0800 345 7088 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
