Our consultants here at the Pallet Racking People worked with the company to plan and design a new 1 tier mezzanine floor with access staircase, swing gates and pallet protectors. In doing this the customer could avoid having to consider moving premises and would therefore avoid having to pay any additional council rates.

The mezzanine floor provided over 626m2 of floor space yet maintained a clear area underneath to which could still be fully utilised for storage. Handrails and kick plates were also fitted around the perimeter of the mezzanine floor for health and safety purposes. Due to the size and often obscure shape of items being stored a large swing gate was fitted to allow the customer to safely place items for storage on the mezzanine floor.

We organised the supply and the delivery of a prefabricated mezzanine floor to site where it was fully erected by our SIERS qualified installation team within the agreed time frame and on budget.
The installation of the floor took place during normal working hours with little to no disruption to the operational processes of the company. The benefit of this space had had a very positive impact on the business giving them more storage room which would now enable to further increase the business and help support its growth.

The customer was very pleased with the final results and with how smooth the whole project went. The client has noted that he would have no hesitation in working with the Pallet Racking People again in the future.
