This particular customer needed drive-in pallet racking which we were able to offer in a second hand solution. The solution we installed was Dexion Deepstor drive-in which is a popular choice in drive-in racking. Drive-in racking is great for businesses short on space as it can use up to 90% of the available floor space by eliminating the need for aisles. He had very specific requirements and knew exactly how he wanted to maximise his space for utmost efficiency of his business. He understood the benefits of a pallet racking system and had no doubts that a second hand solution would be a perfect fit in his business.
He wanted two blocks of pallet racking, one being two pallets deep, three pallets high and six lanes wide and the other being two pallets deep, three pallets high and seventeen lanes wide. We also installed standard Adjustable Pallet Racking (APR) with 3 tonne beams which had in stock and could offer in a second hand system. He wanted to make the most of his available space in the best way that he could.
This installation was completed in Thirsk in May 2017 and was finished with load notices as required by health and safety.
We have since been back to this site to fit more accessories and components to his racking in order to tailor the system exactly to his needs. He has kept coming back to us which just goes to show how happy he is with our service and we certainly look forward to working with him again in the near future.
