Well it is almost the New Year and it is time to start thinking about refreshing your warehouse for a fresh start in 2018!
There are a number of different things that you can do to improve efficiency and productivity ready for the year to come!
One thing you can do is think about the configuration of your warehouse to make sure that you are using it to its full potential.
